City of Echoes

The streets are lit with neon fire,
Yet hearts still wander, still desire.
A thousand voices weave the night,
Each chasing fragments of fading light.
Windows glow with stories untold,
Secrets shimmer, futures unfold.
A stranger smiles, then fades away,
In this city where echoes stay.
Dreamers rise where towers climb,
They write their hopes in passing time.
Concrete hums, the alleys sing,
Of broken hearts and borrowed wings.
In every echo, truth remains—
Love survives in busy lanes.
